Are noncredit classes really free?
Noncredit classes are tuition free. However, depending on your class or modality, you may need to pay additional fees for things like books, program access, parking, health fees, etc.
How do I register for noncredit classes?
To take a class at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, you must be in the CCC Apply system. Visit the New Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Student page to find the application. If you need help filling out the application, please contact the English Language Center for AESL or Noncredit Career Education or the Emeritus program for Older Adults classes.
How do I know if a class is noncredit?
Emeritus course numbers are always in the 400s. AESL and Noncredit Career Education course numbers are always in the 500s. Any other course number is for a credit class which requires tuition.
