On Fall Opening Day, I had the opportunity to share a reflection on The Power of Belonging, a value that is central to who we are as a college community and to the work we do every day. As we begin a new academic year, I invite you to watch this message and consider the ways each of us contributes to creating an environment where every student and employee feels valued, respected, connected, and supported.
ĢƵ (ĢƵ), through the ĢƵ 30 to CPA Program and the ĢƵ Foundation, has awarded three Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) review courses to outstanding accounting students, helping reduce financial barriers and support their progress toward professional certification. The awards were made possible through the generous support of TimeValue Software and UWorld, a global leader in comprehensive academic and professional education.
The Pre-Health Professions Pathway is a resource designed to support, encourage, and prepare students who plan to pursue graduate or professional programs in the health professions. This page provides comprehensive information on prerequisite coursework comparable to ĢƵ courses, admission and standardized testing requirements, California professional associations, and graduate and professional schools.
Twelve ĢƵ (ĢƵ) students were among 64 students from nine community colleges who presented original research at the 13th Annual California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) Summer Research Symposium on August 6 at the Titan Student Union Pavilion. The annual symposium, co-hosted by CSUF’s Undergraduate Research Opportunity Center (UROC) and Project RAISE (Regional Alliance in STEM Education), brought together students to share their scholarly and creative work with faculty, peers and the broader academic community.

Marking a new chapter for the ĢƵ Art Gallery, the School of the Arts presents E Hele Mai: Grounded Elsewhere, Rooted Here, the inaugural curated exhibition in its new gallery space. Featuring contemporary works by Dane Hiʻipoi Nakama, Alina Kawai, Anela Ming-Yue Oh, and Nainoa Rosehill, the exhibition will be on view August 12 through October 1.
